2)What is your favorite type of food?
I luv toast, with peanut butter, honey, and sliced banana

3)Where are you originally from?
Foxboro, MA, South of Boston.

4)Where do you live now?
MA

5)Do you have any brothers or sisters?
Nope.

6)Who influenced / inspired you to get into music?
My mom sang professionally, and dad sang for fun, so I'd hear mom around the house singing, and I just picked it up.

7)What artists did you listen to when growing up?
Aretha Franklin, Etta James, and Whitney Houston.

8)What did you do differently on the album compared to other artists?
I had a lot of input on the album, such as vocal arrangement and song selection. I also wrote three songs on the album.

10) What did you do differently on the sophomore album, The High Road, compared to other artists?

I do all the vocal arrangement, all harmonies, and ALL background and lead vocals. A lot of artists use other vocalists for their background vocals and even some of their lead vocals. I decide which songs I want to record, and which ones I don't. I write melodies, and lyrics, and change lyrics that other writer's have written, if I don't feel they are appropriate, or I can't relate to them.

10)How old were you when you started working on music?
I started singing when I was 2.

11)What song hits your heart the most?
"Keep on, Keepin' on". On the sophomore album; The High Road, How to Touch a Girl, and Note to God.

12)What songs off your album will fans like the most?
I think everyone can find something they like in each of the songs.

13)Which artist do you compare yourself too?
I don't know cuz I just try to be myself as much as I can.

14)When you get huge what will you do first?
My dog Sugarpie is being taken care of by a friend in California and since we live in an apartment, we can't have her, so hopefully we'll be able to move into a house and get her back.

15)If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you want to live?
I love living in New England. There's nowhere else like it.

16)What do you like to do for fun?
I love to be engaged in interesting, though provoking conversationd with interesting people. I like to shop, watch movies, go to museums, learn about other cultures, and hang out with family and friends.

20)What type of clothes do you like to wear? How would you describe your style?
I love heeled boots, pumps, jeans(Tsubi, True Religion, Evisu). My style is feminine, flirty, but sometimes sporty.

21)Where did you grow up?
I am still growing up in MA, but I have lived in NH, Jersey, CA briedly. I literally, live andtravel ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!!

22)Now that you're signed are you still tight with your friends?
I have a small group of select friends, from all over the world.

23)Who would you like to do a song with?
Stevie Wonder, Floetry, John Legend, Joni Mitchell, and James Taylor.

24)What is your musical goal?
To one day win a grammy, and have a #1 album. To write and sing a #1 song and have a lifelong career in music!

25)What excites you the most about your sophomore album?

People will get to see more of what I'm capable of as an artist, and how I've matured over the last few years.

26)Growing up, did you sing to yourself in the mirror?
Yeah, I sang everywhere and to anyone that would listen.

27)How long did it take to get your deal?
I had been working towards this goal since I was 5 years old. I was offered my first deal at 8. I sighned this deal at 12.

28)Now that you are on the label what is the first thing you want to accomplish?
I wanna put out an album that people will embrace.

29)If you weren't doing music, what would you want to pursue?
I would probably pursue a career in law, Journalism (I love to write), or some other aspect of the entertainment industry.

Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and Aretha Franklin

31)If there something that you could change about the music industry, what would it be?
Every artist would actually have to sing live, and actually have some talent, unlike some of the "artists" of today, that are just pretty faces and bodies, without any vocal or musical talent. There would be a lot more honesty, in the industry, as a whole.

32)How do you expect your sophomore album to do?
I hope that it reaches #1, and exceeds my first album.

33)Who is your album geared towards?
From 2-92.

34)At what venue would you like to perform?
Fenway Park,The Tweeter Center, The Fleet Centre and Guillette Stadium all in MA.

35)Where do you want to travel to?
Africa is #! on my list especially Egypt.

36)What does your family think of everything that has happened to you?
They are just happy about my success, because they know that I have worked hard and that it makes me happy.

37)How have things changed in your household since your success
We have been able to help others less fortunate than us, who are going through difficult times. We bought our own house, and have a lot of room now, with a nice yard, a new car, a security system, attack dog, and a bodyguard. With success in the public eye, you find out what you need to protect yourslef from strange people.

38)Where do you and your friends like to hang out?
At my aunt and uncle's house, at my house, at the mall, at their house, at the movies,etc.

39)What're the best things to do on a rainy, Sunday afternoon?
Go outside and dance in the rain! Stay in bed all day, write a song, eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, watch TV, or a movie, read a script, or a book, talk to friends on the phone. Sing! I love rain. I find it very inspirational.

40)What is the best-kept secret in your hometown?
The great candy shop in the centre of town

41)Anything else you'd like to say about your hometown?
I love it. People are very down to earth, and love the Pats, the Sox and The Revs. Everyone says "wicked" and has an awesome Boston accent, which I miss when I go away.
